Srimad Bhagavad Gita -Ramanujacharya
Chapter-13 Prakṛti-Puruṣa-vivek Yogaḥ
CommentaryAlthough the general diversified states of existence of all beings are founded on the dual principles of Prakrti-Puruṣa; their particular individual characteristics and the basis for their personal evolution are rooted in 'one' common foundation which is the Prakrti, and not in the ātman. One then reaches the state of Great Expansion (Brahman). The meaning is that one attains the state of the Self free of limitations, in its pure form of [expanded] consciousness. anāditvān nirguṇatvāt paramātmāyam avyayaḥ | |
