asakta buddhiḥ sarvatra jitātmā vigata spṛhaḥ | CommentaryThe gist is that one attains steadfastness in mindfulness (Dhyāna Yoga) which is the consummation of even Jñāna Yoga. Dhyāna Yoga which is going to be described hereafter consists in the complete cessation of sensory activity. |
