Jarā-marctna-moksāya mjm-āśritya yatanti ye
Te Brahma tad-viduh krtsnam-adhyātmam karma cākhilam

29. All those who taking refuge in Me, strive for liberation from decay and death, they know Brahman, the whole of Adhyātma, and Karma in its entirety.

All those who taking refuge in Me, with the mind concentrated in Me, the Supreme Lord (Parameśvara), strive[1] for liberation from decay and death, old age and death, tlwy know Brahman, the Supreme; the whole of Adhyātma: they realise in full the Reality underlying the innermost individual Self; and Karma in its entirety; they understand all about action.
