Who is a Rajasika doer?

The doer who is passionate, desires the fruit of action, is greedy, is given to violence and impure conduct and is affected by joy and sorrow, is declared to be Rajasika.(27)

Who is a Tamasika doer?

Unsteady, vulgar, stubborn, deceitful, malicious, slothful, despondent and procrastinating—such a doer is said to be Tamasika.(28)

You have described knowledge, action and doer—each of three kinds. Besides them what are other divisions, O Lord?

There are also divisions of reason (intellect) and firmness and it is very necessary to know them. Therefore hear the threefold division of reason and firmness, which is being told by Me in full. The intellect (reason) which duly knows—right action and wrong action, what must be done and what must not be done, fear and fearlessness, bondage and liberation, is Sattvika.(29-30)
