Scene Twelve : Song 12 : Verse 6

tvaritam upaiti na katham abhisäram harir iti vadati sakhém anuväram nätha hare! sédati Translation “She repeatedly inquires from her confidante, ‘Sakhi, why is Shri Kṛṣṇa not coming quickly for our rendezvous?’” Commentary The sakhé informs Kṛṣṇa, “Sometimes she comes to me and asks repeatedly, ‘Why doesn’t Shri Hari hurry up and meet me here in the appointed place?’”
