Antakāle ca mām-eva smaran-muktvā ka/evaram
Yah prayāti sa mad-bhāvam yāti nāstyatra samśayah

5. And he, who at the time of death, meditating on Me alone, goes forth, leaving the body, attains My Being: there is no doubt of this.

And he, who at the time of death, at the moment of dying, meditating on Me alone. Visnu, the Supreme Lord (Parameśvara), goes forth, leaving, abandoning, the body, attains My Being, the Reality that is Visnu: there is no doubt of this-there is no room for any doubt in the matter, whether he attains (Me) or not.

This rule applies not with respect to Me alone; but also.
