Avyaktam vyaktim-āpannam manyante māmabuddhayah
Par am bhāvam-ajānanto mamāvyayam-anuttamam

24. The foolish regard Me as the unmanifested comeing into manifestation, not knowing My supreme state, the immutable and the transcendental.

The foolish, those devoid of discrimination, regard Me, as the unmanifested, something that was hidden to view, coming into manifestation, having now become visible, although I am the Lord (īśvara), ever luminous (eternally present to view), not know­ ing My supreme state, as the Supreme Self-the immutable, not subject to change, and transcendental, unsurpassed[1].
