çaçimukhi mukharaya maëi-raçanä-guëam anuguëa-kaëöha-ninädam
çruti-puöa-yugale pika-ruta-vikale çamaya ciräd avasädam
kñaëam adhunä

Translation

“Your face is as beautiful as the moon. Make the jewels on your girdle chime in resonance with the sound of your voice, and thereby pacify my ears, which have been frustrated for a long t time by the cuckoo’s call.”
