tulasi-prabhavair patrair
yo narah pujayed dharim
lipyate na sa papena
padma-patram ivambhasa[1]

A person who with offerings of Tulasi-leaves worships Lord Krishna is not touched by sin as a lotus-leaf is not touched by water.
