śrotrādīn-indriyāṇy-anye saṃyamāgniṣu juhvati | CommentarySome strive to perfect restraint of the sense such as hearing and the rest, that is, they avoid indulging in pleasing sense-objects. Other Yogins endeavour to prevent the attachment to sense-objects by abstaining from sense-gratification, through the discriminative process of deprecating their value and enjoyable nature. |
