Srimad Bhagavad Gita -Ramanujacharya

Chapter-3 Karma Yogaḥ

tasmād asaktaḥ satataṃ kāryaṃ karma samācara | asakto hyācaran karma param-āpnoti pūruṣaḥ || 19 || 19. Therefore, always perform without attachment, that work which ought to be done. For one who acts without attachment attains to the Supreme. Commentary Therefore, considering that all work must be done with detachment, you should act without considering yourself to be an agent — one attains the Supreme Goal by Karma Yoga itself — the meaning [of "attains to the Supreme" ] is that one attains Self-realisation.
