shushubhate ranga-madhye
mallau naöye naöav iva
ibhendrav iva dirghangau
mrigendrav iva codbhaöau[1]


The two fighters were very glorious. They were like two wrestlers in a fighting-ground, two dancers in a dance, two regal elephants, or two long-limbed lions.
