shri-narada uvaca
ekada balakaih sakam
go-vatsamsh carayan harih
kalindi-nikaöe ramye
bala-kridam cakara ha[1]

Shri Narada said: Once, as, near the beauitful Yamuna, with the boys He was herding the calves, Krishna enjoyed the pastimes of childhood.
