The Yog of Telling

The Devine From the Demoniacal

एतां दृष्टिमवष्टभ्य नष्टात्मानोऽल्पबुद्धय:।
प्रभवन्त्युग्रकर्माण:क्षयाय जगतोऽहिता: ॥9॥

[ “Depraved and dim-witted because they hold such a view, these malicious and cruel people are born only to ravage the world.’’ ]

With their nature corrupted by their dependence on a mistaken outlook, the only purpose of their existence is to destroy others.
