shruti-rupadayo gopyo
bhuta-purva varan mune
katham shri-krishnacandrena
jatah purna-manorathah[1]

Sri Bahulashva said: O sage, how did Sri Krishnacandra fulfill the desires of the personified Vedas that were blessed to take birth as gopis?
