CHAPTER 16 The Yog of Telling The Devine From the Demoniacal य: शास्त्रविधिमुत्सृज्य वर्तते कामकारत:। न स सिद्धिमवाप्नोति न सुखं न परां गतिम् ॥23॥ [ “The one who transgresses scriptural injunction and acts indiscriminately according to his will achieves neither perfection nor the Supreme Goal, nor even happiness.” ] The scripture in question is none other than the Geeta itself, which Krishn has described as “the most mysterious of all knowledge” in the twentieth verse of Chapter 15. The Geeta is the perfect scripture; and the one who ignores it and acts wilfully is deprived of accomplishment, salvation, and bliss.
