Translation

“In a great place of pilgrimage – a secluded forest bower – Mädhava previously attained the perfections (siddhis) of Kämadeva, in order to fulfil your cherished desires to embrace. He always meditates on you in that sacred place to attain those siddhis. Constantly uttering the mantra of his previous romantic conversations with you, he makes a wish to attain the nectar of liberation in the deep embrace of your pitcher-like breasts.”
