Andhaka Union

  • Andhak and Vrishni unions were possibly named after sons of Yaduvanshi King Bhim Satvat.
  • Lord Krishna was Vrishni and Ugrasen and Kans (Kamsa) were Andhak.
  • Krishna was also mentioned as Vrishni in a few scripts. Tirthankar Neminath of Mathura was also Andhak.
  • Mathura was the capital of Andhak Union and Dwarka for Vrishni’s.
